Mykonos Town

In 2017, Human Point undertook the completion of an existing building in Mykonos Town with the aim of transforming it into a luxury suites hotel.

Human Point secured the most privileged location in Mykonos Town, at its highest point, offering a panoramic 180° view of the harbor and the sea. The plot extends 165 meters towards the sea with a western orientation, enjoying the most stunning sunset in the Town.

The design team’s goal was to create a contemporary architectural volume with prominent references to traditional Cycladic architecture. The building showcases an interesting volume formations, and in combination with the terraces and curved edges,

it evokes the organic forms of the Cyclades. Additionally, a key feature of the design is the longitudinal open space with the infinity pool, creating an ideal relaxation environment with uninterrupted views of Mykonos Town.

The complex includes 17 suites, a beach club, and a restaurant. It is also part of a broader buisness plan, providing premium services and vacation packages to guests, such as access to Mykonos, transportation within the island, trips to nearby islands, and access to the best beach clubs, bars, and restaurants on the island, creating an unforgettable full-time experience for the visitor.
