This project introduces a multi-story residential building located in Glyfada, designed to combine contemporary living with high-quality communal facilities. Beyond the private apartments, the building offers shared amenities such as a fully equipped gym and a wellness-oriented spa, creating a holistic living experience for its residents.

Each apartment benefits from private swimming pools, located both on the balconies and within the landscaped ground-floor gardens, reinforcing the concept of luxury, privacy, and leisure within the urban context.

The central design concept is based on the composition of autonomous, pure rectangular volumes. This approach expresses functional clarity and structural honesty, while at the same time generating a labyrinth-like architectural language.
